# Privacy Policy

ClassDecks collects minimal information to provide our service:

-   First names only (no surnames)
-   Uploaded drawings or photos
-   Class rep email for order communications
-   Delivery addresses for physical orders

## 2\. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to create and deliver your class trading cards. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

## 3\. Child Privacy

We take children's privacy seriously. We only collect first names and do not allow photo uploads that bypass our drawing/editing tools. All content options are pre-set and child-safe.

## 4\. Data Security

All data is stored securely and transmitted using encryption. Access to class data requires the unique class code.

## 5\. Data Retention

Class data and associated cards are automatically deleted 6 months after the last activity. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

## 6\. Your Rights
